Job Summary
Monitor assigned programs and supervise Program Managers to ensure intensive therapeutic services enhance community integration and independence. Conduct monthly administrative site reviews, observe staff interactions, and provide feedback on program effectiveness and consumer safety. Facilitate team reviews for semi-annual summaries, direct self-preservation training, and maintain confidential communication with families and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure program facilities, vehicles, and health care standards meet safety regulations while managing staffing patterns and funding agency relationships. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for assigned programs and participate in required meetings and performance evaluations. Maintain valid Connecticut driver's license for transporting individuals and adhere to Journey Found policies regarding consumer rights and data security.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Driver's License
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing to a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to move independently throughout a wide range of environments, some of which may not be wheelchair accessible
- Ability to physically participate in crisis prevention training
- Ability to implement trained procedures in a crisis situation with individuals served
- Ability to lift inanimate objects such as files and records
- Ability to assist in the lifting of individuals served
- Independent transportation to locations that may not be served by public transportation
- Ability to provide 24/7 on call to programs assigned all weekdays and on weekends as scheduled
- Adherence to the mission, vision and values of Journey Found
- Adherence to Journey Found policy & procedure which protects the privacy and security of consumer health information
- Ability to maintain the security of electronic media
