Job Summary
Director of Supply Chain responsible for directing and optimizing multi-site supply chain activities from contract acquisition through distribution for the Aerospace Composite Structures subdivision. Oversees budgeting, supplier negotiations, sourcing strategies, ERP compliance, inventory management initiatives, and implementation of lean concepts across multiple sites. Leads and develops the supply chain organization to achieve targets, ensures safe workplace practices, and drives cost savings, cash flow maximization, and process improvements through coordinated cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- 10 years of experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
- U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements
