Job Summary
Direct and oversee Purchasing and Inventory Control, warehouse operations, and policy development; recruit, hire, train, and mentor Purchasing and Inventory Control personnel; collaborate with Production for warehouse staffing; negotiate pricing and blanket purchase orders with vendors; maintain inventory accuracy at 95%+ and organize annual full-company physical inventory; ensure adherence to payroll submission procedures and safety policies; require familiarity with computers and software applications and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience and/or training
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
