Job Summary
Lead a global procurement organization overseeing Manufacturing, Repair, Distribution, and Logistics within Motorola Solutions. Drive annual net cost reductions and optimize working capital; conduct market research and benchmarking for outsourced solutions in Manufacturing, Repair, and Operations; develop and execute forward-looking strategies addressing supply chain resiliency, regulations, and evolving business needs. Demonstrate a track record in forecasting, sourcing, compliance, complex negotiations, and contract management, while driving process improvements and scalable growth. Partner with Product Management, Technical teams, and Business Development to align strategic objectives; mentor a global team of individual contributors and managers. Requires 5+ years of executive leadership experience in Supply Chain/Procurement, strong negotiation skills, and deep industry knowledge in Electronics Manufacturing; based in the Greater Chicago Area with in-office presence 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain, or Technology
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement Strategy or Contract Management
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
