Job Summary
Manage the Supply Chain function by developing and implementing a 3-5 year strategic plan to drive efficiencies, innovation, and cost control while monitoring performance of external partners. Execute logistics processes, align strategy with wider business objectives, and provide stakeholders with accurate updates on cluster performance. Oversee employee development, consolidate demands for global alignment, and manage budget planning to support regional sales and marketing initiatives. Ensure harmonization of operational, tactical, and strategic topics to achieve aligned business targets through sustainable efficiency measures.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years Supply Chain Management Experience
- 5 plus years' experience in a direct-to-consumer environment
- Ability to lead multiple businesses
- Good understanding of white goods business
- Strong track record of successfully running logistics mid-size units in industry or logistics services
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a cross matrixed environment
- SAP is an asset
