Job Summary
Director of Supply Chain leading a multi-site precast manufacturing network, driving enterprise-wide improvements in purchasing, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and ERP-enabled processes. Responsible for standardizing operations, overseeing planning and scheduling, managing inventory accuracy and supplier performance, leading strategic sourcing and cost reduction, and delivering KPI-driven performance to support growth. Requires a Bachelor's in a related field (MBA preferred) and 10+ years in supply chain leadership, with 5+ years guiding multi-site initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing; precast, construction materials, building products, or heavy industrial experience preferred.
- 5+ years leading multi-site operations, teams, or cross-functional supply chain initiatives.
- Deep expertise in ERP/MRP and core supply chain disciplines, including BOMs, routings, production planning, scheduling, inventory control, reorder points, EOQs, and related system parameters.
- Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, work order processes, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site supply chain transformation, process standardization, and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, operational, and financial acumen with the ability to use data to identify issues, prioritize action, and improve business performance.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and change leadership skills with the ability to influence plant leadership, functional partners, and executive stakeholders.
