Job Summary
Develop and maintain Operations Scheduling, Planning, SIOP, and S&OE processes across multiple Sport Group locations while optimizing ERP and advanced planning systems for demand, capacity, inventory, and supply planning. Establish optimal inventory levels, oversee master scheduling globally, and develop capacity models to optimize throughput and identify constraints. Facilitate the SIOP process with executives and commercial departments to establish demand plans and long-term supply strategies, while developing standardized metrics and reporting for business leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems, ensure master data integrity, and align procurement strategies with global category management to optimize costs and service levels. Requires 4+ years leading change in manufacturing and 6+ years in supply chain process development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years' experience leading change in a manufacturing environment
- 6+ years' experience in development and implementation of world class supply chain business processes & practices
- Demonstrated success in leading adoption and improvement of ERP planning tools in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills set to develop, enhance and further cultivate good vendor relations and partnerships
- Must demonstrate advanced ERP and Presentation skills and work at all levels of the organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong PC skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Occasional light lifting
- Position supports multiple sites globally and will require frequent travel to assess and lead improvement efforts
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain related field or Business Administration
- APICS Certification
