Job Summary
Director of Success Operations to design, deploy, and continuously improve the IFS Success operating model across the customer lifecycle, establishing governance, value-realization frameworks, and structured lifecycle execution. Will own customer health scoring and risk management, drive adoption of Success Units (SUNs) for planning and execution, enable scalable delivery via tools and automation, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Product leadership to align commitments with delivery and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in enterprise software
- Experience designing and implementing governance structures for services or success organizations
- Strong capability in end-to-end lifecycle management and value realization
- Ability to define and operationalize customer health scoring and risk management
- Experience with Sun-based planning models or similar structured planning frameworks
- Ability to drive adoption of standardized methodologies and reporting tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Product teams
