Job Summary
Director of Student Services leads CAP’s undergraduate student success initiatives, coordinating recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, and retention. Responsibilities include directing ECAP undergraduate recruitment and visit programs, coordinating admissions processes, organizing tours and outreach to high schools and community programs, building a volunteer network to mentor students, developing and implementing enrollment strategies to meet targets, producing monthly trend reports for college leadership, overseeing student support services and first-year programs, and collaborating with college leadership to shape policies and procedures. The role also involves managing communications and campaigns for high school and freshman engagement, coordinating scholarships and donor recognition events, and guiding CAP ambassadors, mentors, and related programs to ensure an exceptional undergraduate student experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and broader experience in student programming and design-firm partnerships. The position requires working closely with Ball State’s academic and advising teams to support CAP’s mission and annual enrollment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Three years of experience in student programming and admissions with demonstrable success
