Job Summary
Lead the strategy, configuration, and optimization of the Anthology Student Information System and integrated Financial Aid modules to support institutional goals and regulatory compliance. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Academic Affairs, Enrollment, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration, data integrity, and FERPA adherence. Manage the operational roadmap including upgrades, feature rollouts, and change management while providing executive-level reporting on system utilization. Lead and mentor SIS administrators, develop user training, and act as the subject matter expert for student data workflows. Liaise with Anthology and third-party vendors to drive enhancements and recommend technology solutions. Requires regular, in-person attendance up to five days per week on campus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, Higher Ed Administration, or related
- 7+ years in higher ed SIS management
- Deep Anthology Student SIS expertise
- Hands-on Financial Aid systems and Title IV experience
- Regular, in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site
- This role requires on-site collaboration with students, faculty, and staff
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or equivalent experience in higher ed tech leadership
- Experience with SIS/CRM/LMS/ERP integration (e.g., Salesforce, Canvas, Workday)
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, SSRS, or Power BI
