Job Summary
Director of Student Affairs to develop and oversee academic and behavioral support programs for elementary and middle school students; establish student support plans, coordinate with teachers and parents, monitor academic performance, and provide both academic and social-emotional support in collaboration with the administrative team. Requires strong communication skills and a data-driven approach to assessing student needs. Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in an educational environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree with appropriate clearance
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an educational environment, preferably within an administrative role
- Extensive experience working with elementary and middle school students
