Job Summary
Establish divisional goals and growth strategies to serve all offices while maintaining a culture of client service and innovation. Oversee project team performance, ensure thorough QA/QC reviews, and monitor project performance standards, accountability, and efficiency. Manage the financial performance of the division regarding staffing and profitability. Collaborate with HR to attract top-level talent and participate in state-wide strategic planning sessions. Interact with senior architectural management and prospective external clients to drive overall client satisfaction. Requires a Structural Engineering license in California, 15 years of experience including management, and Extension experience with the Division of State Architects.
Required Qualifications

- 15 years of professional experience in engineering, including management experience
