Job Summary
Own internal operations, organizational systems, AmeriCorps strategy and compliance, operational planning, and cross-functional execution to ensure programs, people, and processes align with exceptional results. Drive organizational strategy execution and operational planning while overseeing program quality, performance, and HR infrastructure. Lead cross-functional operations, manage organizational dashboards and KPIs, and foster leadership alignment through continuous improvement. Prepare the organization for the STEM Innovation Lab launch and support continued statewide growth. This senior role requires building scalable systems and leading through complexity to support the Founder & CEO as Kids in Tech expands access to STEM education for underserved communities.
