Job Summary
Lead the Sr. Manager of Sourcing and Contracting and Sr. Manager of Procurement, overseeing a team of 15 professionals to drive enterprise-wide initiatives delivering cost savings and operational efficiencies. Establish performance goals, manage hiring and training programs, and execute direct spend analysis, market benchmarking, and financial impact assessments. Direct negotiation strategies, oversee RFP processes, and manage vendor governance to ensure agreements deliver quality, competitive pricing, and measurable performance. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with operations, finance, and legal to implement sourcing strategies while maintaining compliance with company policies and budgets. Track and communicate cost savings across business units, manage the company's GPO relationship, and establish operational standards for a centralized procurement program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive sourcing, procurement, contracting, or supply chain experience
- 2 years in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Experience leading sourcing initiatives, RFPs, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor management programs
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement systems, sourcing methodologies, spend analysis, and strategic sourcing best practices
- Experience sourcing a broad range of products and services, including FF&E, F&B, IT, telecom, engineering, security, HR, housekeeping, operating supplies, and specialty services
- Proven leadership experience managing sourcing and contracting professionals and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and delivering results within established timelines
