Job Summary
Drive patient visit volume by closing and scaling high-impact partnerships with health plans, EAPs, and strategic healthcare partners. Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives to lead end-to-end deal origination, outreach, and discovery for our innovative care model. Advocate for behavioral health solutions while advancing health equity and improving outcomes for thousands of individuals. This role requires 10+ years of healthcare business development experience, including 5+ years managing complex, long-cycle strategic sales processes. Full-time, remote work in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii) with comprehensive benefits, wellness stipends, and a supportive culture focused on mental health and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of healthcare business development or quota-carrying sales experience
- 5+ years managing complex, long-cycle strategic sales processes
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem and funds flow, particularly regarding health plans, EAPs, and self-insured employers
- Proven ability to engage C-suite healthcare executives, driving end-to-end deal origination, outreach, and discovery

Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience in B2B behavioral health, mental health solutions, or digital health business development
- Proven track record of selling directly into health plans, EAPs, or strategic partner organizations, with strong command of health plan economics

- Familiarity with value-based care contracts, risk-sharing arrangements, and alternative payment structures
