Job Summary
Directly drive the growth of arrivia's travel loyalty partnerships as the face of the company at industry events, autonomously managing the full lifecycle of new business development from prospecting to closing. Lead data-driven partnership strategy using HubSpot CRM, maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting, and craft tailored, high-impact proposals for C-suite executives. Requires mature professional presence, deep experience in strategic partnerships or sales operations, travel to conferences and client meetings, and relocation or residence in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for local collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of proven success in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales operations
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and reporting
- Ability to operate independently in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to translate complex data into persuasive narratives
- Willingness to travel for conferences, meetings, and client engagements
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for local collaboration and event management
