Job Summary
Lead executive-facing initiatives including performance scorecards, financial planning, workforce management, and employee engagement programs. Define and execute the roadmap for AI and analytics-driven data products, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from prioritization to adoption. Partner with GA leadership, data engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that solve complex business challenges. Establish success metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and product expertise to accelerate decision-making within CVS Health's Growth Analytics team.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning, or related roles
