Job Summary
Director of Strategic Events to own Sales Kick Off (SKO) and lead ancillary programs (SIAs) across the global event portfolio. Requires 15+ years of experience in event management with a marketer-first, outcome-driven mindset. Responsibilities include end-to-end SKO planning and execution, coordinating with Sales/Marketing/Finance/Sourcing, managing timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder expectations; overseeing venue coordination, registrations, run-of-show, post-event wrap-up, and accurate forecasting/reporting in partnership with finance; defining and executing SIA strategy, governance, and scalable operating standards; building and managing agency partnerships, onboarding processes, and cross-functional alignment; establishing scalable timelines and operating models to support portfolio growth; aligning activations with broader business goals; managing budget frameworks and transfer processes; budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting, with a focus on delivering high-impact experiences that connect to pipeline and business outcomes. Travel is required. Compensation includes base pay in the US range of $180,200-$315,400 plus equity where applicable, variable incentive components, and benefits; compensation varies by location and role.
