Job Summary
Director-level role overseeing planning, negotiation, and execution of US federal government contracts within C3 AI’s Federal portfolio. Responsible for contract vehicles, pricing strategies, teaming arrangements, governance with legal/product/sales/services, and compliance with FAR/DFARS, CMMC, CPSR readiness, and related procurement processes. Leads contracting organization development, collaborates on strategic partnerships, and ensures quality contract execution across major systems and services. Requires extensive government contracting experience, DoD/IC familiarity, and advanced certifications; US citizenship and security-clearance readiness are required.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in complex US government and foreign military sales (FMS) contracting/acquisition including supervisory and people-management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- NCMA Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) strongly preferred; MBA also a plus
- Expert knowledge of FAR and DFARS and related supplements; experience with OTAs, CSOs, and FAR Part 12
- Direct experience spanning major contract types (FFP, FPI, CPIF, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, BOA, ID/IQ); including LOE and outcome-based/completion contracts
- Experience leading teams through planning and execution of contracts for major systems and services
- US citizenship required and ability to obtain a security clearance (active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred)
- Experience contracting for commercial software or SaaS with the federal government; data rights under DFARS 252.227-7014
- Familiarity with CAS, TINA, DCAA audit support, indirect rate structures, and incurred cost submissions
