Director of Stamping

Director of Stamping needed to lead stamping operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, workforce development, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include advancing operational excellence through cross-functional partnership, developing supervisors/managers/high-potential employees, fostering a safety-first culture, driving improvements in press performance and quality systems, and translating company goals into operational priorities for capacity, technology, automation, people, and capital investment. Requires progressive stamping expertise, 7+ years in stamping operations, 5+ years leading multiple departments, experience with progressive die stamping, and Lean/C/I leadership; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations (MBA/Lean certification a plus).
