Job Summary
Lead coordination and management of all educational activities in the skilled nursing facility by planning, implementing, and evaluating programs to translate nursing philosophy into practice. Assess clinical education needs of the staff and develop targeted initiatives to enhance nursing staff knowledge and skills. Provide clinical expertise through mentoring and support for staff development. Requires an active California LVN or RN license, DSD certification preferred, and experience with Point Click Care. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
