Job Summary
Director of Spa for luxury wellness facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; oversee daily spa operations, develop and implement innovative wellness strategies, lead and mentor spa professionals, manage budgeting and P&L, drive marketing and partnerships, ensure hygiene, safety, sustainability, and cultural sensitivity; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate spa services into the guest experience; fluency in English required; Arabic highly desirable; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred; strong leadership, financial acumen, and industry knowledge in luxury spa settings.
