Job Summary
Directs the strategy, development, and implementation of prevention programs; oversees dissemination of information and works with marketing to reach schools, agencies, and professionals; serves as the public face of the program and builds relationships with community partners; leads training and technical assistance, ensures evaluations and follow-up; manages budgets and collaborates with development and administrative teams to promote training services; recruits and supervises staff and contract trainers; facilitates staff meetings; represents the organization in professional forums and maintains leadership among staff and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in education, counseling or related human service field and a minimum of three years’ administrative experience OR a bachelor’s degree in education or social services with a minimum of five years of administrative experience
- Experience as a trainer preferred
- Certifications & Licenses: Certified Prevention Specialist preferred
