Director of Social Work

Develop and supervise social work services across inpatient, transitional, and outpatient settings while overseeing the Social Work Intern Program and coordinating with schools as a field instructor. Conduct group therapy training for new clinical staff, manage weekly and weekend group scheduling, and collaborate with clinicians to implement documentation protocols and quality initiatives based on patient feedback. Perform management responsibilities including interviewing, coaching, and evaluating direct reports to ensure consistent, high-quality treatment aligned with regulatory standards. Requires a Master's in Social Work, Connecticut clinical licensure, and five years of mental health experience. Located at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, CT.
