Job Summary
Director of Social Services oversees clinical and case management functions of Urban Pathways' homeless-services program, providing leadership to staff, supervision, housing placement oversight, medical/psychiatric service coordination, regulatory compliance, quality improvement activities, and development of program policies. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and minimum five years of clinical/supervisory experience; LCSW preferred. Strong communication, cross-cultural competency, and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams; on-call for emergencies; willingness to work a hybrid schedule (4 days in office/1 day remote).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or closely related clinical field required.
- Minimum five years’ of clinical and supervisory experience required.
- Professional license (LCSW) preferred.
