Job Summary
The Director of Social Services will oversee efforts regarding every student including attendance, discipline management, transfer process, community outreach, and social/emotional health and wellbeing. Responsibilities include managing student discipline, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, conducting investigations, and developing programs to support student needs. The role requires supervision and evaluation of support staff, coordination with community agencies, and support in managing attendance issues.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (LSW Preferred)
- Three-five years experience in an education setting

- Education experience, highly preferred
