Job Summary
As the Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall social services operations for a 52 bed Skilled Nursing wing. Key responsibilities include identifying and meeting the medically related emotional and social needs of residents, ensuring resident centered care, and adhering to community policies and procedures. A Licensed Social Worker is preferred, along with experience in the long term care field, and familiarity with relevant standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Social Worker or ability to obtain license
- Ability to identify and meet medically related emotional and social needs of residents
- Experience in social services operation management

- Familiarity with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills
