Job Summary
Lead and manage the social services department, overseeing social workers, counselors, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to meet social service needs while building relationships with community agencies for resource access. Provide guidance to staff for professional growth and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
