Director of Social/Community Engagement

Job Summary
Administer and manage assigned program areas while serving as the key leadership liaison with direct service staff, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Deliver all contracts and corresponding deliverables, providing oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure services are culturally relevant, customer-friendly, and aligned with the Agency's Balanced Scorecard. Establish program goals and objectives, monitor monthly progress against benchmarks, and provide leadership for the Strategic Planning process. Supervise assigned staff through on-going evaluations, professional development recommendations, and approval of time sheets and travel reports. Ensure all services remain client-centered and compliant with agency and stakeholder requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
- Five (5) years experience
- Previous experience working in the non-profit human services environment to include low-income, minority, multi-problem families
- Five (5) years previous experience in directing/supervising staff and contracts in the achievement of agency and stakeholder goals
- Certificate or license, as applicable, by the appropriate State agency as a qualified practitioner
- State of Texas vehicle operator's license
- Proof of liability insurance
