Job Summary
Oversee slot machine operations, analyze performance metrics, and execute strategies to maximize revenue and ensure regulatory compliance. Lead a team of slot attendants and technicians through hiring, training, and evaluation while implementing player engagement initiatives. Manage vendor relationships with major slot manufacturers, optimize floor layouts using heat maps, and lead multi-million-dollar capital projects. Troubleshoot CMS system issues and coordinate rapid repairs to preserve uptime. Conduct compliance checks, enforce accuracy in PAR sheets, and forecast ROI for slot floor conversions. Report directly to the General Manager with a focus on delivering superior customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in gaming operations, with a focus on slot management and operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift or carry 50lbs occasionally
- Able to stand and walk 8-10 hours
- Mississippi Gaming License

- Ability to assess life-cycle profitability, forecast depreciation, and optimize conversions for maximum WPU
- Skilled in designing high-impact slot floor layouts using heat maps, traffic flow analysis, and revenue zoning principles
- Experience with space reallocations (e.g., adding kiosks, removing underperforming banks)
- Advanced knowledge of MGC regulations, Title 31, internal controls, BV tracking procedures, jackpot processing, and system audits
- Ability to build SOPs, conduct compliance checks, and enforce accuracy in PAR sheets, drop schedules, and can performance
- Proficiency with ACSC, IGT Advantage, CasinoTrac, or similar CMS systems
- Ability to coordinate with IT and vendors for rapid repair to preserve uptime
- Ability to lead multi-million-dollar slot capital projects (floor conversions, kiosk installations, lighting upgrades, VR/future tech planning)
- Skilled in forecasting ROI, preparing CapEx requests, and managing installation schedules with minimal operational disruption
