Director of Showrooms & Branch Sales - West

Job Summary
Oversee the sales and operations of the west branches and showrooms. Own the sales strategy and execution of customer experience, merchandising, profitability, and drive to create best-in-class results. Leverage and coordinate with residential and commercial A&D teams to develop deeper community relationships and help advance revenue and reputation in the area by driving specifications and pull-through product awareness. Lead day-to-day branch operations, visual merchandising, and develop best practices to ensure customer experience and performance consistency across locations. Manage budgets, gross profit dollars, branch operating expenses, and capital expenditures; direct branches and showroom managers on budget adherence, policy and safety compliance. Serve as liaison between branches and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in sales/branch/showroom leadership
- 7-10 years overall sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in industry
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
