Director of Services

Manage housekeeping functions and staff to ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Direct operations across Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry to execute all housekeeping tasks while maintaining strong communication with the Front Office. Inventories stock, approves budgeting and ordering of supplies, and reviews operating statements to manage departmental costs and achieve financial goals. Initiate inspection programs for rooms, public areas, and storage zones to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Handle guest problems and complaints effectively, develop goals for direct reports, and interview and hire management and hourly employees. Administer property policies fairly, manage progressive discipline procedures, and review staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives.
