Job Summary
Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of quality services for residents across the lifespan, focusing on stability, independence, and eviction prevention. Collaborate with support staff to implement evidence-based housing models, manage budgets, and develop new service delivery strategies through third-party providers. Supervise a team of casework consultants, conduct performance reviews, and foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement. Identify strategic partnerships with mission-aligned organizations to address mental and chemical health needs while ensuring compliance with funding agreements. Travel between sites, work evenings and weekends, and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in related field
- at least six years' experience in a related field
- Six years of Human Services program development, leadership and management experience
- Four years of experience leading and supervising a professional staff
- Experience working with populations of diverse age, income, race, ethnicity, national origin and ability
- Experience establishing, measuring and analyzing program outcomes and impact
- Financial management skills
- Familiarity with public and private grants and contracts
- Participative management style, supportive of team development
- Desire and ability to effect change
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Be Certified in CPR and First Aid or have the ability to become certified within six months of starting position
- Masters' degree in Social Work or related field
- Ten years of Human Services program development, leadership and management experience
- Licensed Mental Health Professional
- Knowledge, background and experience related to affordable housing with services
- Five years of successful fund development experience
- Budget preparation and cost containment experience
- Active involvement in professional organizations
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices related to Supportive Housing, Mental/Chemical Health
- Experience in Supportive Housing
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to file documents
- Ability to enter data into a computer
- Ability to interact verbally with internal and external audiences
- Must be willing and able to travel between sites within CommonBond geographic footprint
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Must be willing to carry a cell phone
