Director of Service, Missions, and Student Leadership

Provide strategic oversight and development of the school's service, missions, and student leadership programmes. Build and maintain strong partnerships with churches, community organisations, and mission agencies. Facilitate high-quality service and mission opportunities aligned with the school's Christian special character. Lead communication, promotion, and celebration of these initiatives across the school community. Support wider learning opportunities and oversee the wellbeing and safety of students involved in activities. This role sits within the Senior Leadership Team with a 0.7 FTE allocation dedicated to these responsibilities. Applicants must demonstrate proven leadership experience in education, ministry, or youth development and possess the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and community partners.
