Job Summary
Lead organic search and AI discovery across our brand portfolio, setting the vision, roadmap, and standards for how we compete in AI-powered discovery. Own the strategy for AI visibility, structured data, and editorial direction, with a no-code publishing platform to control thousands of pages. Direct expert sourcing, content pruning, and data-driven studies while partnering with engineering, data, product, and design to scale impact. This is a strategic, high-visibility role building a new playbook for AI-enabled organic discovery across multiple brands, including cross-functional leadership and accountability for revenue outcomes. This role is fully remote in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading SEO strategy for multiple brands
- Proven track record in AI-enabled search and structured data
- Ability to define roadmaps and set standards across brands
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data, product, design and exec leadership
- Experience managing small, distributed editorial/data/experimental teams
- Ability to measure impact of organic and AI discovery on business metrics
