Job Summary
Lead sensing technology innovation and scientific strategy for Dexcom's continuous biosensing portfolio. Define long-term sensor technology roadmaps, provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for sensing approaches in continuous measurement of biomarkers, and oversee a multidisciplinary team of sensor scientists and engineers with budget and staffing responsibility. Drive sound scientific principles, experimental design, data analysis, and advanced measurement techniques; mentor and develop talent; champion long-term scenarios and strategy while delivering results. Maintain an emphasis on collaboration, integrity, and high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, global R&D environment. Travel 15-25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
- 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry
