Job Summary
Manage and lead the comprehensive security program for Richemont UK, ensuring alignment with Group directives and local regulations. Develop and implement security procedures for boutiques, new construction, and warehouses while overseeing audits, incident investigations, and supplier performance. Coordinate risk assessments, cash transportation security, and executive protection measures alongside the Incident Management Team. Direct team recruitment, training, and budget optimization to mitigate threats across retail, logistics, and events.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Extensive background encompassing a broad spectrum of security program management responsibilities within a multinational organizational context
- Demonstrated successful experience in a comparable role for a minimum of three years
- Profound knowledge of physical security standards, processes, and compliance frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations, including practical knowledge of relevant rules
- Commitment to continuous professional development, evidenced by membership and active participation in pertinent industry associations
- A creative and strategic thinker, adept at proactively analysing complex challenges and providing hands-on support
- A motivational leader capable of providing clear direction, fostering consensus, and building confidence and trust across diverse cultural environments
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing outsourced operations
