Director of Security Operations

Lead and manage security operations, staffing, and scheduling to meet contractual requirements while monitoring financial performance including labor utilization and billing. Train and supervise a team of Security Professionals and operational staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with post orders and security policies. Serve as the primary tenant liaison for Fire Life Safety, dedicating approximately 50% of the role to tenant engagement, emergency preparedness initiatives, and coordinating drills with local authorities. Conduct site visits and security audits to ensure operational excellence and resolve issues proactively. Drive continuous improvement through process improvements and data analysis. Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Operations Management required, plus PERC Card and 20-hour Security Training Certificate. Full-time, 1st shift position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
