Director of Security

Assist Director of Security in managing client-site security operations and supervising a team of security officers on assigned shifts. Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property, handle escalated security issues and emergencies, develop staff through coaching and performance management, coordinate on-the-job and client-specific training, maintain and review post orders and operational procedures, manage access control, CCTV, and visitor management, maintain detailed logs and incident reports, conduct patrols across the facility, and provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty. Requires high school diploma or GED, and relevant security experience; licenses and state requirements may apply.
