Job Summary
Directs and oversees security, safety and risk management programs for Rolling Hills Casino & Resort, providing executive leadership over Security, EMT, Risk Management and EVS. Develops and directs policies, guidelines and programs to promote a safe, secure, and low-risk environment for guests, employees, and tribal assets. Oversees security operations, investigations, budgeting, compliance with gaming regulations, collaboration with law enforcement, and coordination of security procedures across facilities and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Seven years security/law enforcement and supervisory/management experience and/or training
- Five years experience in creating and administering budgets
- California driver’s license; TIPs certification and Title 31 certification as trained by Rolling Hills Casino
