Job Summary
Directs Marriott property's security and loss prevention operations daily, develops emergency procedures, investigates losses, deploys security staff to monitor and protect property assets, maintains logs and certifications required by law and SOPs, ensures guest and employee safety, leads security teams, delivers exceptional customer service, conducts HR-related activities, maintains first aid/CPR certifications, and coordinates with local law enforcement to protect people and property.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in security/loss prevention or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major; 2 years experience in security/loss prevention or related professional area.
