Job Summary
Lead and oversee secondary education programs across grades 6-12; supervise curriculum development, MTSS implementation, assessment analysis, professional learning, and course catalog development; coordinate with the Chief Instructional Officer, principals, and Instructional Services Division to design and roll out data-informed instructional initiatives; ensure compliance with district/state/federal regulations, allocate resources and oversee state/federal grant programs (Title I–IV); manage textbook coordination, staff supervision, performance evaluations, and employment actions; drive research-informed instructional practices and policy alignment to district priorities; require Master’s Degree and 5+ years of teaching/supervision experience including administrative roles.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- 5+ Years of experience in teaching and/or supervision, including at least three years of administrative experience at the school, district or state level
