Director of Search

Develop and lead onboarding strategy for every new client while partnering with Account Managers to establish clear roadmaps for success. Review underperforming accounts to create recovery plans and set realistic client expectations and success milestones. Continuously evaluate client performance to identify trends, develop new SOPs and playbooks as search and AI evolve, and test new AEO techniques to improve methodology. Serve as the company's primary AEO strategist, training internal teams and providing guidance on strategic questions. Improve onboarding processes and build systems that identify at-risk accounts before they become issues. Provide ongoing feedback to Product based on client needs and contribute thought leadership through industry participation. Success is measured by maintaining client retention, reducing strategic escalations, and achieving faster time to first measurable results. This role bridges vision and execution to ensure exceptional AEO outcomes as Perfectus Labs scales.
