Job Summary
Lead and manage the school site’s operations and enrollment, directing attendance, meals, transportation, health and safety, facilities, field trips, technology, and compliance while driving data-informed, outcomes-based leadership. Own enrollment logistics to ensure students start on day one, supervise custodial and third-party services, manage budgeting and reporting with the Home Office, and collaborate with school leaders to meet enrollment and performance goals. Act as a visible operational leader within the school and the community, provide coaching and development for direct reports, participate in essential school duties including student supervision, and serve as acting principal when the principal is away. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to implement core operational systems and ensure safe, joyful, and smoothly operating learning environments. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in school operations, enrollment, budgeting, and leadership.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years of professional experience
- 5+ years experience managing multiple projects, work streams, or initiatives
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team/school goals
- 5+ years of demonstrated success working across multiple teams/stakeholders
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain operational systems that others can follow and sustain
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a food handler certification
