Job Summary
Lead overall operations of an established early childhood education center, overseeing daily staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Build, coach, and mentor high-performing teams while recruiting, interviewing, and retaining exceptional educators and support staff. Drive strategies to reduce turnover, monitor enrollment performance, and analyze operational metrics to support continued growth. Partner closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Serve as the face of the school within the community, maintaining trusted relationships with parents through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
