Job Summary
The Director of Sales B2B will lead the Zattoo Business Sales Team while personally closing high-value enterprise deals in the TVaaS and video streaming sector. This role requires a blend of sales leadership and hands-on enterprise selling, focusing on developing and driving complex B2B opportunities. Candidates must have significant experience in enterprise sales, strong consultative skills, a proven record of success in long-cycle deals, and the ability to manage a sales team effectively. Additional fluency in German is a strong advantage. They will also engage with C-level executives within telecommunications, OTT, and video platform providers.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS, telecom or video/OTT ecosystem
- Proven track record closing complex long-cycle deals
- 2+ years experience leading experienced sales professionals
- Strong consultative selling capability
- Commercial sharpness and pricing confidence
- Structured pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Existing network within video, OTT or telecom ecosystem
- Experience working with technology partners and joint go-to-market models
- Experience with TVaaS, IPTV or streaming technology environments
