Job Summary
Director of Sales for USA Hotels leads the hotels’ sales strategy and team, defines and executes the sales plan across Leisure, MICE, corporate and OTA channels, collaborates with Revenue Management on pricing and budgets, oversees local accounts and group quotations, ensures CRM/MARS processes are properly implemented, and drives pre-opening initiatives, trade show participation, and digital sales actions to maximize occupancy and revenue. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, extensive B2B/MICE contacts, proficiency with Opera Cloud and CRM tools, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Local language and advanced English
- Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and CRM tools
- Availability to travel
- Knowledge of B2B, Corporate and MICE contacts
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on and results oriented
- Customer service and analytical skills
