Job Summary
Director of Sales at Track, a leadership role overseeing a small Mid-Market Account Executive and Customer Account Executive team to drive bookings and expansion in the vacation rental SaaS space. Responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, sales process rigor, coaching and development, quota attainment, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and leadership of enablement programs, ramp plans, and performance reviews. Requires building and executing strategic sales plans to grow Track’s footprint, managing team quota across new business, renewals, and expansion, and delivering analytical insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales (SaaS preferred)
- 3-5+ years of direct people management experience leading a sales team to quota
- Proven track record of leading a team to meet or exceed revenue targets via new business, renewals, expansion
- Experience building, scaling, or restructuring a sales team including hiring, onboarding, and ramping reps
- Experience owning a forecast and presenting bookings, pipeline, and risk to senior leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing team pipeline and reporting in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
