Job Summary
Director of Sales leads and grows the senior housing census across Independent Living, Private Pay/Medicaid, Assisted Living and Memory Care; directs the sales functions of Housing, builds collaboration and networking within and outside the continuum of care, manages a sales team and move-in coordinator, develops strategic plans for marketing and selling Housing, prepares reports, and maintains CRM data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred in marketing, business management, business administration, communication, health care administration or related field
- Five years of progressive management experience
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably with senior housing or healthcare facility hospitality industry
