Job Summary
Director of Sales in Taiwan responsible for regional revenue growth, evangelizing SiMa.ai to government agencies and top-tier customers, developing a comprehensive sales strategy for Taiwan, driving revenue and design-win forecasts, leading pricing negotiations, and collaborating with Marketing and Engineering to advance SiMa.ai’s penetration in the Taiwan market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (or higher) preferably in computer science or electrical or electronics engineering. MS/MBA is highly preferred.
- 15+ years of sales and business development experience in a leadership role selling to customers/market (most preferably semiconductor IP or embedded edge and/or software products).
- Business contacts and experience selling into Robotics, Surveillance, Drones, Autonomous systems and Automotive markets or Vision applications.
- Ability to learn AI, ML Gen.ai basics to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to marshal internal resources and drive delivery to meet customer needs.
